PROBLEM
As an existing building formerly known as The Venue, such was renovated to accommodate the operation of Sutherland Call Center wherein a 24-hour operation is expected to take place. Such would entail the maintenance of comfort of call center agents as well as other tenants of the building. The project requires the replacement of dilapidated stapled insulation sheets and replace it with a superior insulation material that would have strong adhesive properties, add to the waterproofing systems and control the air conditioning system in order to save on electricity costs. |
SOLUTION
ECOFOAM Polyurethane Foam Insulation was sprayed under the existing roofing system in order to add its structural strength, promote its water proofing capabilities and reduce electrical costs during the expected 24-hour operation of the building. At present, the building occupants have no complains about the HVAC system inside the building and at the same time the owner's are experiencing controlled electrical cost compared when they were using the dilapidated stabled insulation system. |
