PROBLEM
The existing structure caused a lot of discomfort to the workers; the deteriorating roof created leaks and lack of insulation brought an almost unbearable heat especially in the afternoons. |
SOLUTION
The management was convinced that ECOFOAM is the solution to their problem. Prior to foam installation, our team of experts made sure that the area was totally clean and devoid of dust and grease. A primer was used to coat the entire substrate before proceeding with ECOFOAM application. When the whole are was covered with cure polyurethane foam, an elastomeric paint coating was applied to protect ECOFOAM from UV rays. ECOFOAM has improved the overall environment of the company; the leaks have been eliminated and the proper insulation is providing the workers with better work temperature. |
