PROBLEM
Piping system of the newly constructed Orchid Garden Hotel in Zamboanga City has been experiencing excessive moisture and loss of thermal control, which entails the insulation of cylindrical pipes. The challenge was to insulate the inner part of such pipes, instead of having an insulation material wrapped around the outside structures or sprayed around it. |
SOLUTION
ECOFOAM Polyurethane Foam was injected to cover the inner part of the piping systems in order to insulate such materials and at the same time seal gaps brought about by the jointing of aluminum pipes. As a result, there was a huge amount of change in terms insulation of the building and at the same time eliminated the problems of moisture. ECOFOAM Polyurethane Foam Insulation also added structural strength to the pipes where it was applied through the injection process. |
